This 1940s home was in desperate need of a makeover in the master bathroom. The homeowners had a tight schedule deadline as they were about to become first time parents. The challenge was to create dual vanity space for two separate his and her vanities, maximize ceiling height, add natural light, and provide a contemporary design that fit in with the rest of the homes style. Shaker style cabinets add detail for added character with clean lines. We pushed a wall back into the master bedroom to allow for dual separate vanities, vaulted the original 7’-2” ceilings to over 11ft in the shower, and added a feature mosaic stone and glass wall on the back of the shower for a dramatic feature wall. The gray and white color palette provides a fresh modern feel.
